goals. Whether on the same client site or countries away, you'll find colleagues

Support
RTTS makes a very strong commitment to supporting our people through a network
of communication systems. This starts with our robust professional services
intranet portal called TeamRTTS. Internally we utilize instant messenger, PDAs
and cell phones to provide immediate interaction with employees in the field.
Weekly staff meeting notes are published and company briefings are held to keep
everyone abreast of the overall company health, strategy, growth and direction.
Education
In addition to our formal training program for new hires, employees have access
to an eLearning curriculum, a vast library of current reference books, and
leading software packages from our alliance partners. This affords you with all
of the tools to expand your knowledge of the ever-changing IT marketplace.
Fun
We understand that the nature of our business can require hard work, long hours
and sometimes lots of 'windshield time'. We conduct company-wide events, such as
holiday parties, offsite meetings, and casual fun activities (like billiards
tournaments, major league baseball games, and private yacht dinner cruises
around Manhattan). These events are not only an opportunity for you to meet with
all of your co-workers, but a great chance for family and friends to join the
merriment and meet the RTTS team.
