Medical plan - RTTS has chosen
Empire Blue Cross/Blue Shield for its
employees. These are standard HMO/PPO
plans that cover doctors visits,
hospitalization and prescriptions.
• Dental plan - MetLife is
RTTS' current dental insurance provider
for in- or out-of-network coverage. The
company contributes 75% of your premium.
• 401k plan - All employees
are eligible to enroll in this
self-directed pension plan allowing you
to contribute up to 15% of your annual
pre-taxed income. RTTS may make an
annual matching contribution to select
employees.
• Health Care Flexible Spending
Accounts - Employees may elect to
participate in this pre-taxed savings
account that reimburses the participant
for out-of-pocket medical costs not
covered under the medical plan such as
over-the-counter medications, eye care,
doctors visits, and contact lenses.
• Dependent Care Flexible
Spending Accounts - Employees may
also participate in this program.
Participants contribute to a pre-taxed
savings account that can be used for the
reimbursement of out-of-pocket medical
expenses for dependent care, including
nursery school, day care, summer camp,
or eye care expenses.
• Short and Long Term Disability
- This company-paid benefit provides all
employees with disability benefits at no
cost to you.
• Group Life Insurance -
RTTS pays for life insurance coverage.
• TransitCheks - TransitChek
is a program designed to make it easier
to pay for your transit-related
commuting costs employees can take a
pre-taxed payroll deduction in exchange
for TransitCheks (vouchers that are
redeemed for the purchase of tickets,
weekly passes, etc.) The money set aside
is exempt from federal income tax and
Social Security and Medicare taxes,
saving you anywhere from $200 to $400 a
year in taxes.
• Tuition Reimbursement - An employee who wishes to further their education, may do so with tuition assistance from RTTS.
• Bonus plan programs -
These may include travel incentives, new
hire referrals and new business bonuses,
in addition to others.
• Continued Educational Services
- Even after your initial training, RTTS
continues to provide you with in-house
training and eLearning programs on the
most up-to-date software and hardware
packages, methodology practices and
environmental issues. This program is
available to all employees.
