RTTS joins the Rational value-added reseller (VAR)

York City's Financial District. This facility serves

signs lease expansion that dramatically increased
the New York office's space. The new space incorporates

completes first build of its TeamRTTS
portal, an intranet support mechanism that became
a huge differentiator for delivering services. TeamRTTS

enterprise-wide test processes and workflow. The
portal is an interactive communication system supporting
knowledge management, document management, workgroup
collaboration, project and process management and
time & expense accounting. |

Corporation (Nasdaq: CPWR) expanding RTTS' offerings
horizontally to deliver post-deployment monitoring
and diagnostics solutions that help eliminate the

also allows RTTS to expand vertically into Compuware's
ASQ product line through its QACenter
offerings. RTTS develops and delivers open enrollment
training classes on Compuware's QACenter
products. |

(NYSE: IBM) acquires Rational Software. This
acquisition provides RTTS with access to an alliance
with one of the technology industry's giants. RTTS
earns distinction as an IBM Premier Business Partner

RTTS enters into a strategic partnership with
Sanctum, whose AppScan product helps developers
test their applications for security defects.
Together with AppScan, RTTS' expert consultants
test applications for security vulnerabilities

Sanctum is acquired by Watchfire in July 2004. |

acquires Mercury Interactive. This acquisition provides

and mentoring around the HP software quality,
performance and security centers. |

These acquisitions herald RTTS' re-entry into
